The impact of agile transformations on organizational performance by: IPMA

While many organizations are in the midst of their agile transformations today, the impact of those changes is either not shared or often not acted upon. In this workshop we: (1) share evidence on the impact of transformations known from experience, frameworks, and research, (2) Reflect with you on what works and what doesn’t when using metrics to steer on transformations, and (3) conduct a small benchmark where you can compare yourself and your projects and/or organization to an international dataset.
