He is an experienced Agile Coach, SPCT and SAFe Fellow. He has a lot of experience with the interfaces between the agile part of an organization and the financial column.
Business control and financial control are increasingly confronted with an agile working organization. And the agile organization regularly collides hard with control.
During the webinar, Joe will present common discussion points, associated pitfalls and possible solutions in three 15-minute blocks. The agenda is as follows:
– The agile approach to software capitalization (CapEx and OpEx distinction).
– participatory budgeting and the funding of value streams
– a third topic that will be determined on the basis of the previously inventoried interests of the participants.
